A New Blog

Hello everybody,

Some of you might know that I recently got married and changed my last name from Coulton to O'Shea.  That is one piece of news!

I've also started on a new creative venture into homeware which I'm going to document here, on my new blog:

katherineosheadiaries.blogspot.co.uk

**And here is my new website and online shop**:

www.katherineoshea.co.uk

It's still with Blogger as it's my favorite platform - so if you like "A Little Place for Me" then may I kindly invite you to join me over at my new online home, "Katherine O'Shea".

To all my original followers - the welcome is particularly warm for you!

Wedding invites

I spent far too long on these wedding invites... Possibly because they are my own :)

Anyway, I'm rather please with how they turned out so I thought I would post it up on here!  Front and back:

For more sketches etc, I'm doing a lot more updating on my instagram these days, over here:  https://www.instagram.com/kcoulton30/

A romantic commision

I had a lovely commission just before Christmas from a couple celebrating their first year anniversary.

They wanted a little comic of how they met from the first day up to their one year anniversary.  Lot's of fun.

Jack and Dylan

A couple of weeks ago, the wonderful Jack Cullen asked me if I wanted to draw him and fellow podcaster Dylan for their latest Soundcloud episode - they have such great faces, how could I say no?

So if you are into gay London nightlife, go to Jack and Dylan's Soundcloud "Gay babies, Chem pugs and Video Games"

... Just when you thought it was all peaceful landscapes and happy children over here

Hello!

Hello everyone - I'm back!

What an amazing summer it's been.  So many amazing sights.  Everyone is asking which was my favourite part...

Was it climbing up a volcano in Bali to see the sunrise?

Was it trekking the Great Wall and seeing the empty miles stretching across the landscape?

Or maybe it was going to cooking school in Thailand and spending all day long eating curry?

I just can't decide!

Sorry to make you all jealous :P

To be fair, I think the best thing might just be coming home and having proper tea, a roast dinner - and my laptop back again!
